What steps should I take if I my order was damaged in transit?

If you purchased directly from our website and experienced damages upon delivery, please reach out to customer service by visiting in order to initiate a damages claim. Please save all contents of your order as we will request images of the damaged items. We will be able to help you further once all your order details are obtained.

I bought from another website (Ebay, Amazon, etc.) but my product was damaged or I want a refund.

When will I receive my order?

Online orders are processed during business days only, typically Monday-Fridays. It may take 3-10 business days to receive your order based on the shipping address you submit. When your order is complete, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?
